Ditch the Elevator Pitch

 

Does anybody love an elevator pitch? I’ll tell you, I’m not overly fond of delivering them or having to endure being pitched. It’s not that I’m not interested in what they have to say, it’s just that the rehearsed, inauthentic way they are talking about their business is awkward for all.

During this episode of Marketing Tip Monday which can be viewed each week, live on Facebook, we found that that most viewers had a really hard time with Elevator Pitches.

I give an alternative to the traditional structure of an elevator pitch that may feel more authentic to you while at the same time be much more interesting to your audience.
